This communication aims to recreate the process of discovery in archaeological context and public presentation of an eighteenth century tile panel. Our intent as a conservation restaurateur of ceramic is to focus on the musealization of this incomplete tile panel in a public and architectural context. The lack of emotional connection with works of art, the incomprehension of is underlying speech and stylistics affinities, don’t enthral the vast majority of the student community to visit museums. The solution found in this case was to integrate the piece in an everyday space the school in witch area it was found. This project provided the students and the whole school community an approach of conservation and restoration processes, through the integration of a work of art hidden, until recently hidden in local stratigraphies.
